Jared Daperis – Underbelly: Squizzy (actor)

In 2013, Jared will play the infamous gangster Squizzy Taylor in Channel 9’s new show Underbelly: Squizzy, the latest in the Nine Network’s Underbelly franchise. Jared is no stranger to our screens with other recent credits including Frankie Dettori in The Cup and a lead in Small Time Gangster for Movie Extra.

Jared made his professional stage debut to critical acclaim as the Artful Dodger in the Melbourne and Singapore seasons of Oliver! for IMG in 2002-03. He also appeared in IMG’s Melbourne season of The Full Monty and toured nationally with Hit Productions' Hotel Sorrento, under the direction of Bruce Myles.
