Located at the iconic lakeside venue, Carousel, you can watch all the thrills and spills from around the track on multiple flat screen televisions while enjoying G.H. MUMM Champagne and an all-day gourmet grazing-style menu.

The grazing menu will be designed by acclaimed Australian chef Shannon Bennett, owner of Vue de Monde, the iconic Melbourne restaurant.

Increasing the glamour and style stakes, there’ll be fashion parades, luxury gift bags plus live entertainment.
