If the V8s are your thing, there’s no better place to enjoy them slugging it out than at Pit Entry. You’ll literally feel the vibrations of the V8 Supercars as they prepare to tear up the circuit from their garages below. Enjoy hospitality of an amazing standard at our exclusive two level facility right next to the Formula One Paddock Club™.

There are three suites and packages on offer. The V8 Supercar Club is back again, and the Victory Suite is now on a new penthouse level, with even better views of the track. In 2013, there’ll also be V8 Premium, an intimate, relaxed lounge above the hustle and bustle of the V8s. Offering flexible single day and multi-day options, all three suites will deliver an impressive experience for your guests.

  • Corporate Wristbands

    Introduced for 2013, you only require a corporate wristband to gain access to the circuit and your corporate Suite. To allow flexibility, separate corporate wristbands printed with unique barcodes, are issued for each day of the event. Upon arrival, please ensure that you have the correct corporate wristband for the appropriate day. Please be aware that they are non-transferable on any one day. Daily colour coded wristbands are printed with your Suite specific information on them.

    Corporate Ticket Office Opening Hours

    The corporate ticket office is open during the following hours for corporate clients who wish to collect their tickets from the circuit.

  • Corporate Suite Access

    Your corporate wristband will allow access to the corporate suite printed on your wristband and all general admission areas. Corporate wristbands do not allow access to other corporate facilities, grandstands, or other restricted areas such as the international race paddock, team garages, race control or the media centre.*

    *With the exception of Torque Bar. (Excludes V8 Alley Victory Suite holders).
  • Corporate Suite Information

    Please note that glassware, including bottles, is not to be taken outside any corporate Suite. Plastic cups will be provided for drinks to be taken to outdoor garden areas where applicable. All corporate hospitality guests are reminded that smoking is not under any circumstances, permitted inside a corporate suite or on any viewing platform or grandstand.

  • Dress Code

    The dress code within corporate facilities is smart casual. We reserve the right to refuse admission to anyone who is not appropriately attired.

  • Meal Service Times

    Session Time*
    Morning tea from 11:00am
    Lunch from 1:00pm
    Dessert from 2:30pm
    Afternoon tea from 4:30pm
    *Please note these times are subject to change and may vary between corporate suites.
  • Official Programs

    Shared Suites: Guests in shared suites will find Official Program vouchers enclosed. Each guest will need to present the voucher to the host in your suite in exchange for an Official Program.

    Private Suites: Programs will be delivered to private suites for distribution. No voucher required.

  • Corporate Shuttle Bus

    A continuous corporate shuttle service will operate around the circuit each day. The service is designed to assist corporate clients travel to their Suite. Clients will be required to show the correct corporate wristband to access the shuttle service. This service will commence at 10.30am* and run until 8.00pm* over the four event days. Shuttles run approximately 15 to 20 minutes* apart.

    *Subject to change, approximate service times only.
  • Disability Information

    Free wheelchair accessible vehicles will operate within the circuit. These vehicles are available for patrons with limited mobility. For further information, please click here.

  • Daily On-track Program

    A daily program of all the on-track action will be available in each corporate Suite. Information is also available on our website at www.grandprix.com.au where an up to date event schedule will be published.

  • Torque Bar

    All corporate wristband holders* are entitled to access this unique location across all four days. Located at Pit Exit, guests can enjoy complimentary beverages from 4 – 7pm each day. Both the outdoor bar and indoor lounge provide exclusive locations for entertaining and networking with clients.

    *Excludes V8 Alley Victory Suite package holders.
  • Lost & Stolen Tickets

    In accordance with the Corporate Suite Standard Terms and Conditions (Clause 8.1), the client acknowledges that AGPC is under no obligation to replace any ticket, credential pass, lanyard or wristband which has been lost or stolen. AGPC reserves its right to replace a lost or stolen ticket, credential pass, lanyard or wristband and charge a fee for such a replacement, in its sole and absolute discretion.

    There is no vehicle parking close to the circuit. Patrons are advised to park in one of the 70,000 car spaces in the City and catch the FREE GP EXPRESS TRAM SERVICES to the Circuit.

    Thursday & Friday: Peak Times: 2 minute intervals.

    Saturday & Sunday: Peak Times: 1 minute intervals.

    LIGHT RAIL GP EXPRESS

    Spencer Street (Cnr Collins Street) to Gates 1 & 2

    Thursday & Friday: Peak Times: 2-3 minute intervals.

    Saturday & Sunday: Peak Times: 1-2 minute intervals.

    CLARENDON STREET GP EXPRESS

    Spencer Street (Cnr Collins Street) to Gates 3 & 4

    Thursday & Friday: Peak Times: 5 minute intervals.

    Saturday & Sunday: Peak Times: 2-4 minute intervals.

    NOTE: Normal tram fares apply on other tram routes that operate past the Circuit. The Light Rail GP Express and Clarendon Street GP Express will not stop in both directions between Spencer Street and the Circuit on Saturday and Sunday. (NB: This includes the stop at Crown Casino)
    * Free Grand Prix tram shuttle only valid on day of ticket.

    METROPOLITAN TRAIN

    Thursday & Friday:

    Peak Hours: 7am-9am & 4pm-7pm: 5-10 minute intervals (most trains)

    Off Peak: 15-30 minute intervals

    Saturday & Sunday:

    10 minute frequency on most lines (20 to 40 minute frequency on other services).

    Make your way to Southern Cross or Flinders Street stations to catch one of the free shuttle trams running direct to the circuit.

    Limousine

    Designated bays are provided for limousines in each of the taxi ranks (Gates 1, 2, 4, 8 & 10) expect at Gate 1 where a specific rank is provided.

  • Parking

    There is no vehicle parking close to the circuit. Patrons are advised to park in the city, and take advantage of free tram shuttle services to the circuit.
