GP Advantage members watch F1 in style

GP Advantage members watched the Japanese Grand Prix in style, enjoying live coverage of the race on a VMAX big screen at Village Cinemas.

The Australian Grand Prix Corporation’s annual Formula 1® Japanese Grand Prix screening was attended by over 300 F1® fans.

Lewis Hamilton took the chequered flag for Mercedes, with Red Bull duo Max Verstappen and Daniel Ricciardo completing the podium.

With the race starting at the fan-friendly time of 4.00pm in Melbourne, fans of all ages met with fellow F1® enthusiasts at Crown Entertainment Complex before settling in for the main event.

On top of complimentary drinks and canapes, there were also prizes including a Free Practice Viewing Session in an F1® team garage and Paddock Tours at the #AusGP.

As a bonus, AGPC’s Andrew Westacott (CEO) and Craig Fletcher (General Manager – Motorsport, Entertainment and Industry) recorded an exclusive interview for GP Advantage members, offering an insight into the workings of the Australian Grand Prix.
