Australia’s Mark Webber has made a point by topping the timing charts in the opening free practice session of the 2011 Formula 1 World Championship at Albert Park.
The Red Bull Racing star left it till the final seconds of the 90-minute session to clock his personal best of 1 minute 26.831 secs, getting the better of team-mate and reigning World Champion Sebastian Vettel by three-tenths of a second on an overcast day in Melbourne.
