For those of you new to B&P let me introduce you to our style of cakes - Owner/Chef Darren Purchese produces exquisite and extravagant sweet creations, he skillfully balances flavour and texture by thoughtfully combining delicious components, such as jellies, sponges, mousses, cream, crumbles & spreads, layer upon layer, to create his finished work of sweet art.

Our South Yarra Sweet Studio is open 7 days a week from 10am - 6.30pm and our online store is open all hours.
