Alonso confirmed at McLaren-Honda for 2015

Formula One’s worst kept secret of 2014 has finally been confirmed, with news overnight that Fernando Alonso will join McLaren-Honda in 2015.

The Spaniard returns to the British team after a tumultuous 2007 campaign that saw him depart the squad just one season into his contract.

The move coincides with Honda’s return to the sport as engine supplier, reigniting memories of a once famous partnership, which spawned multiple titles for Ayrton Senna and Alain Prost.

Ricciardo revved up for Melbourne

Australian superstar, Daniel Ricciardo, was in Melbourne today to launch the 2015 Formula 1® Australian Grand Prix, as the event prepares to celebrate a milestone of two decades in Melbourne on 12 – 15 March.

Ricciardo took to the steps of the iconic Flinders Street Station, posing for photos alongside a Formula One car in an Australian Flag design, as excitement builds ahead of the event.
