Fernando Alonso was airlifted to hospital following a heavy testing crash at the Circuit de Catalunya overnight, but escaped injury. Frenchman Romain Grosjean put Lotus fastest again on the final day.

Day Four of the second test was interrupted by multiple incidents as high winds made things difficult for the drivers. Carlos Sainz Jr and Nico Rosberg both had off-track excursions, with Sainz’s big enough to end the day for Toro Rosso just after lunch.

Carl Cox headlines GP after party

The Australian Grand Prix Corporation has joined forces with Melbourne’s most popular nightspot, Ms Collins, to launch the ‘Renault Torque Bar’ and the ‘Renault Torque Bar After Party’, where international DJ, Carl Cox, will perform.

In a first for the March event, the party will continue long after the 2015 Formula 1® Rolex Australian Grand Prix concludes on Sunday 15 March, with the British born techno veteran confirmed to perform at the exclusive Renault Torque Bar After Party at Ms Collins.
