Coates Hire Supercars Melbourne 400

In 2018, Supercars returns to Albert Park Grand Prix Circuit for the all-new Coates Hire Supercars Melbourne 400 and Championship status for the first time ever at a Formula 1® Australian Grand Prix.

There is a massive 300 points up for grabs, plus a new four-session qualifying format to set the order for all four races, and 400km of competitive action, including two 132km races with mandatory pit stops.

Scott McLaughlin will be back in his Shell V-Power Racing Team car along with teammate and 2016 Albert Park winner Fabian Coulthard, who will be out to claim round honours again. Jamie Whincup, as the 2017 Supercars champion, will also be gunning for maximum points.

Coates Hire Supercars Central in the General Admission area is free to access, giving fans an opportunity to get up close to the Supercars drivers, check out the team transporters, purchase team merchandise, and get a behind-the-scenes view of the team garages.
