Aston Martin, one of the world’s most iconic luxury sports car marques, will celebrate its partnership with Red Bull Racing at the 2017 Formula 1® Rolex Australian Grand Prix with the global public debut of the Aston Martin V8 Vantage S Red Bull Racing Special Edition.
A collectible release approved by Red Bull Racing drivers Daniel Ricciardo and Max Verstappen, the latest addition to the Vantage range features a Red Bull Racing-inspired livery and detail features, and highlights Aston Martin’s Innovation Partnership with the team.
Australian Grand Prix Corporation General Manager of Sales, Commercial & Marketing, Corina Black, is excited to welcome Aston Martin as a new event supporter in 2017.
“It’s fantastic to have Aston Martin represented in Formula One and we are proud that the brand is leveraging this involvement so strongly at the 2017 Formula 1® Rolex Australian Grand Prix,” said Black.
“The V8 Vantage S Red Bull Racing Special Edition takes its cues from the machines raced by our own Daniel Ricciardo and Max Verstappen so we have no doubt the legion of Australian Formula One fans will enjoy seeing these special cars up close.”
Aston Martin is looking forward to revealing the unique new release at the 2017 Formula 1® Rolex Australian Grand Prix.

“These cars really are highly appealing for Aston Martin collectors and devoted Formula One enthusiasts, and customers can also choose to have the side sills and inspection plates signed by Daniel or Max.”
A V8-engined Vantage S Red Bull Racing Special Edition and the all-new V12-powered, twin-turbocharged DB11 will take to the Albert Park Grand Prix Circuit for a series of demonstration laps between 12:05pm-12:20pm on Sunday 26 March.
Piloting the brand’s showpieces will be Dr. Andy Palmer and Marek Reichman, Aston Martin Chief Creative Officer.
Both cars will be showcased throughout the event on Aston Martin’s stand in Champions Gateway, alongside a Red Bull Racing Formula 1® show car.
The V8 Vantage S Red Bull Racing Special Edition is a creation of Q by Aston Martin, the marque’s bespoke personalisation and customisation service located at the brand’s Gaydon, United Kingdom headquarters.
Also on show in the Shannons Australian GT Paddock will be the breathtaking Vulcan, one of only 24 worldwide examples of Aston Martin’s track-only supercar.
