AusGP Park Pass guide: Best viewing spots for F1® action

The all-new AusGP Park Pass replaces General Admission at the Formula 1® Rolex Australian Grand Prix 2019, giving fans in Melbourne access to some of the best viewing spots on the F1® season calendar.

With single-day tickets starting from just $35 for adults, and kids 14 and under go FREE*, you can experience it all at the Albert Park Grand Prix Circuit on 14-17 March 2019.

The AusGP Park Pass offers an affordable opportunity for fans to experience all the on-track and off-track entertainment the event has to offer, including these trackside locations:

Walker Straight & Turn 1

Be the first to see the new Formula 1® cars for 2019 fly past you at the end of Walker Straight – the fastest point around the iconic 5.3 km circuit. Concrete viewing platforms line the inside of the track, while plenty of race-day action will also catch your eye as close-quarter battles unfold on the way into the tight first chicane.

The chase down to Turn 3

Right after the opening chicane, place yourself at the large viewing mound on the inside of the track next to the Turn 2 exit. More fantastic viewing platforms await down to the hard-braking zone of Turn 3, where the F1® engines will scream as they fight for glory at over 300 km/h.

Turn 6

See the cars dart through the shadows of the trees on their way to Turn 6. Position yourself in the driver’s sight behind the sand trap of Turn 6, before they make the quick left-right dash around to Turns 9 and 10.

Brocky's Hill

The atmosphere is electric on top of Brocky's Hill, where you can catch all the overtaking action as drivers go wheel-to-wheel at Turns 9 and 10. Two large viewing mounds are available for fans to set up camp on the outside of the track.

Back straight, Turns 11 and 12

More high-speed action can be found along the back straight, where you can set yourself metres away from the action. Access this high-octane zone as soon as you step off Albert Park Lake's famous floating bridge from Heineken® Village and M-Lane. Right nearby, witness Formula 1®'s best drivers conquer the famous Turn 11 and 12 chicane at up to 265 km/h, one of the fastest corners on the whole calendar.

Turns 13 and 14

If precision is your calling, head down to Turns 13 and 14 where the world’s best drivers navigate their way through the fast-approaching right-hand corners. A short walk from Legends Lane, the nearby pedestrian overpasses make for easy navigation while you capture your favourite spot to view the on-track action. Plenty of concrete viewing platforms, plus wheelchair access, complement this side of the circuit for you to grasp the closest views.

Club 15 powered by tappit

Treat yourself to an upgraded experience at Club 15 powered by tappit, located at the penultimate corner of the circuit. A big hit in 2018, Club 15 is the hottest place in town throughout the event as the drivers slam their foot on the brake one last time before they rocket back down Walker Straight. Catch the best glimpse of the cars when they reach the slowest point on the circuit.
