APPLICABLE FEES AND CHARGES

Purchases through the Australian Grand Prix Corporation (AGPC) 

The following fees and charges are payable for corporate hospitality tickets purchased through AGPC*:

No fee payable, purchaser required to complete and return a direct debit request form to AGPC.

Purchases through Ticketmaster

The following fees are payable for tickets purchased through Ticketmaster*:

Handling Fee

AU$5.15 per transaction which covers the cost of operating an information service and internet site and the processing of the ticket(s). Handling fees vary depending on the event and are agreed between the relevant event partner and Ticketmaster.

Payment Processing Fee (PPF)

1.95% of the ticket price applies to purchases by credit card, debit card or gift card. The PPF includes (but is not limited to) credit and debit card fees and expenses, administration and associated infrastructure costs. The PPF is included in the ticket price as advertised on Ticketmaster. This PPF does not apply when tickets are purchased by cash at outlets or box offices (subject to availability).

GP Advantage Membership Promotion

The following fees are payable for tickets purchased through Ticketmaster during the GP Advantage Membership period^*:

^GP Advantage Membership promotion is available to any patron who purchases a multi-day grandstand ticket in accordance with the following schedule:

  • GP Advantage Gold membership - 09.00am 1 May – 11.59pm 31 July 2017 (AEST)
  • GP Advantage Silver membership - 00.00am 1 August – 11.59pm 30 Nov 2017 (AEST)

~GP Advantage tickets cannot be collected from any Ticketmaster outlets or other box offices, only from the GP Advantage window located at Gate 1 at the Circuit.

Purchases through Grand Prix Travel

The following fees are payable for bookings made through Grand Prix Travel (GPT)#:

AU$20.00 (including GST) per booking for postage and handling.
