It's easy to travel to Albert Park Grand Prix Circuit on Melbourne's iconic public transport network, with trains, trams and buses providing frequent services. For detailed train, tram and bus information, please visit ptv.vic.gov.au or call 1800 800 007.
If using any other public transport service besides the free shuttle trams, patrons must buy a valid Myki ticket for travel. Tickets are available from the Melbourne Visitor Centre at Federation Square, Premium Stations, retail outlets and Myki ticket machines at train stations.
Formula One Paddock Club™ and Village Club Parking information (where applicable) will be available closer to the event.

Uber
Patrons may wish to travel to and from Albert Park Grand Prix Circuit in the convenience and comfortability of an Uber. Uber ranks are located at Gates 1 and 2 (on Canterbury Road), Gates 3 and 5 (on Albert Road) and Gate 10 (on Fitzroy Street).
Taxi
Taxi ranks are located at Gates 1 and 2 (on Canterbury Road), Gate 8 (on St Kilda Road) and Gate 10 (on Fitzroy Street). For further information, please visit the Victorian Taxi Association website.

Your hospitality wristbands are required to gain access to the circuit and hospitality suite each day.
Each day of the event has a different coloured wristband; please ensure you are wearing the correct colour for that day and note that wristbands are strictly non-transferable between guests on any one day.

The minimum, and acceptable standard, is smart casual. However you may dress more formally if your individual occasion calls for it. The level of dress does vary in the hospitality suites from smart casual to more formal. Below are some guidelines to help assist you.
Men
- Dress comfortably to suit the length of time you will be at the event
- Allow for weather changes, which can and often do occur over the course of a Melbourne day
- A collared shirt such as a shirt or polo is preferred and most common
- Dress pants or chinos are encouraged and most common. If wearing jeans they must not be ripped or torn
- If shorts are worn they must be dress shorts – no board shorts or sports shorts
Women
- Dress comfortably and appropriate to the length of time you will be at the event
- Allow for weather changes, which can and often do occur over the course of a Melbourne day
- High heels are acceptable however please be aware that in most cases you will be required to walk long distances across grass and bare ground to gain access to your hospitality suite
- Dress pants are preferred. If wearing jeans they must not be ripped or torn
- Skirts and dresses are acceptable as long as they meet at least the minimum smart casual standard
Please feel free to wear team merchandise. We encourage support for all teams and riders.
The following items are not acceptable attire:
- Bare feet or thongs
- Tank tops
- Ripped, torn or dirty denim
- Board shorts
- Beach wear
- Clothing bearing any racist, indecent or obscene language or images
- We reserve the right to refuse admission to anyone who is not appropriately attired
Circuit Collect
Tickets marked for Circuit Collect will be available for collection from the Gate 1 Hospitality Ticket Office located at Albert Park, just off Canterbury Road opposite Armstrong Street.

You will be required to show photo identification when collecting your tickets, so please ensure you bring it with you or your tickets will not be released.
If you wish for someone to pick up tickets on your behalf, please send an email to ticketing@grandprix.com.au stating your authorisation.
Access and restrictions
To gain entry to the Formula 1® Rolex Australian Grand Prix, you must have your hospitality wristband for the appropriate day. You will not be able to enter the circuit or your suite without it.
Wristbands must be worn on your wrist at all times and only allows you access to the suite printed on the wristband and General Admission areas. Access to other hospitality suites, Grandstands and other restricted areas will not be permitted.
To allow ticket flexibility, separate hospitality wristbands are issued for each day of the event. These colour-coded wristbands are printed with your suite name and the day they are valid.
Please be aware that wristbands are non-transferable on any one day.
Lost and stolen wristbands
In accordance with the Corporate Hospitality Standard Terms and Conditions, Clause 7.2:
Each Invitee must keep his or her Ticket safe and in good condition, as AGPC is not obliged to replace any Ticket under any circumstances, including but not limited to loss or theft – however AGPC may, in its sole and absolute discretion, replace a Ticket which has been lost or stolen (and may charge a fee for that replacement).
We strongly advise that you choose a safe and secure method of forwarding tickets to your clients and guests (registered post or courier delivery) once they have been sent to you by AGPC.

Postal deadlines
The final International mail out will be Friday 22 February 2019.
The final interstate (NSW, TAS, QLD, SA, WA, NT) mail out will be Friday 1 March 2019.
The final local (VIC) mail out will be Thursday 7 March 2019.
Tickets not paid for in full, or booked after these dates, will automatically be Circuit Collect.

PIT LANE WALKS
Pit Lane Walks are a highly sought-after and exclusive experience. Only those who have received a Pit Lane Walk pass or are a guest of the Formula One Paddock Club™ are entitled to take part.
Guests entitled to attend Pit Lane Walks are required to wear their relevant day Pit Lane Walk pass to access the Pit Lane Walk during their allocated session. Formula One Paddock Club™ ticket holders can simply show their lanyard and card upon arrival.
All guests in Pit Entry Supercars Club Suites and the Formula One Paddock Club™ are entitled to Supercars Pit Lane Walks. Please note, Pit Entry Victory Suite ticket holders are not entitled to a Supercars Pit Lane Walk.
Pit Lane Walk guests are advised to assemble at the meeting point between the Formula 1® and Supercars garages at least 15 minutes prior to Pit Lane Walk start times. Due to the extremely tight track schedule, the Pit Lane Walk entry will be closed before the session concludes to ensure Pit Lane is clear for the next activity. This is at the complete discretion of event organisers and entry is not guaranteed.
Please note:
- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
- There is strictly no smoking or food and drink permitted in Pit Lane.
- There is strictly no filming in Pit Lane – photography is acceptable.
DISABILITY SERVICES

- Pit Entry Victory Suite
Please note that Gate 8 is NOT wheelchair accessible.
The Formula One Paddock Club™ and Pit Entry Suites provide wheelchair accessibility. The Formula One Paddock Club™ can be accessed via elevators at both the northern and southern ends of the building. In addition, Pit Entry suites can be also accessed by an elevator at the northern end of the building.

Smoking
Smoking is not permitted inside hospitality suites, on any viewing platform or Grandstand.
SECURITY CHECKS
There will be bag checks at each gate; please have your bags ready. Items not permitted include, but are not limited to, the following:
- alcoholic beverage (unless purchased at the Event);
- glass bottle or glass container (unless purchased at the Event);
- beverage container with the manufacturer’s seal broken (unless purchased at the Event);
- hard cased esky or ice box (polystyrene eskies and cooler bags acceptable);
- chair, lounge, bench or stool, other than a folding chair or folding stool;
- clothing bearing any racist, indecent or obscene language or images;
- prohibited or controlled weapon, firearm, or any dangerous goods;
- animal, other than an assistance dog;
- metal flag or banner pole longer (or extending to longer) than 1 metre, or any flag or banner which could reasonably be used in contravention of Attendance Condition 12(u);
- whistle, loud hailer, horn or bugle;
- flare, firework, laser pointer, or distress signal;
- public address system, electronic equipment, broadcast equipment or similar device which may interfere with broadcast equipment or similar device being used by AGPC or other persons authorised by AGPC in connection with the Event;
- vehicle including any golf buggy, bicycle, skateboard, roller skates, roller blades or scooter;
- item the possession of which does not have an ordinary and reasonable use by a Patron at the Event and which may be used to damage or deface property, buildings or any part of the area used for the Event (including without limitation any spray paint), disrupt or interrupt the Event, hinder, obstruct or interfere with any driver taking part in the Event, adversely affect public safety, excavate any part of the area used for the Event or erect any structure;
- item in such quantity that a reasonable person could infer that the item is to be used for commercial purposes;
- goods or tickets for the purpose of sale or commercial distribution to Patrons;
- camera lenses with a physical length greater than 400mm or any other item which might reasonably obstructs the view of any other Patron; or
- photographic, video or audio recording equipment AGPC reasonably considers may be used in breach of Attendance Condition 32, which may include (without limitation) audio recorders, camera tripods, monopods or any digital recording equipment.
