Yes, there have been some changes since the 2026 event. As this is a temporary event that is rebuilt each year, adjustments and enhancements are made annually. Please see below for an overview of some of the more significant changes:

• Team Garage Order: The team garage order has changed and will run in opposite direction to previous years with the top teams closer to pit entry.
• Podium Location: The Podium has moved and is now located opposite sections L and M of the Fangio Grandstand.
• Single Interactive Seat Map (ISM): For 2027, all Grandstand seats can be viewed and purchased on a single map through Ticketmaster. You no longer need to join different queues to access different Grandstands.
• Albert Park Circuit Club: New in 2027, Albert Park Circuit Club Membership is your way to access the FORMULA 1 AUSTRALIAN GRAND PRIX 2027 with more certainty, added member benefits and priority access before the general public ticket Onsale.
• Grandstands: Grandstand builds, sections and site lines may change year on year. Please ensure you review your purchase carefully via Ticketmaster on the interactive seat map before completing your purchase.

Tickets for the FORMULA 1 AUSTRALIAN GRAND PRIX 2027 will be released across two key sales windows through Ticketmaster:

• Amex Presale: Commences at 12:00 pm Friday, 2 October AEST until 12:00 pm Sunday, 4 October AEST.
• General Public Onsale: Commences at 12:00 pm Tuesday, 6 October AEDT.

Grandstand tickets are available in Adult and Junior tickets. There is also a range of ticket types within any Grandstand that can determine the price:

• Adult Tickets: Adult tickets are for anyone 15 years or older.
• Junior Tickets: Junior tickets are available for children between 3 and 14 years old. Children 2 years and under do not require a ticket unless you wish for them to occupy a seat.
• Premium Seats: Premium seats are undercover however they do not provide full weather protection.
• Aisle Seats: Aisle seats are the closest 4 seats to each aisle and cost an additional $25. This is also reflected in the seats at the back of an aisle which do not have any seats in front of them.
• Collector Tickets: Collector Tickets are available until 3:00pm Monday, 30 October AEDT 2026 for an additional $25. These are physical tickets posted pre-event for entry and include a lanyard which can be collected at the gates.
• Souvenir Tickets: Souvenir Tickets will be available from 4:00pm Monday, 30 October AEDT 2026 for an additional $25. These are keepsake tickets posted after the event and do not include a lanyard or provide entry.
• Secure Tickets: Secure Tickets offers you the ability to add enhanced refund rights, above what’s required by law, to your order at the time of purchasing your ticket through Ticketmaster.
• Concession Tickets: Concession Tickets are available for Park Pass tickets only and are valid for the following:
  • Full Time Student Card
  • Veterans Affairs Card
  • Health Care Card
  • Full Pensioner Concession Card
  Seniors Cards are not an accepted form of concession.
• Partial View Tickets: Partial View Tickets are located around the circuit and are marked as so due to the railings of the grandstand or other unavoidable restrictions. All front-row seating is flagged as partial view due to the railing in front.

Yes, for the Amex Presale there is a ticket limit of six (6) and for the general Onsale there is a ticket limit of ten (10).

No. All tickets purchased in a single transaction must be for the same ticket type. For example, a 4-Day ticket and a 2-Day ticket cannot be purchased together and must be purchased in separate transactions.

You can upgrade your Grandstand or Park Pass ticket to a Secure Ticket during checkout. By upgrading your ticket to a Secure Ticket, you may be eligible to receive a refund if you are unable to attend this event for any of the reasons in, and subject to the conditions, in the Secure Ticket Terms and Conditions, including:

• Illness or injury happening to you, or a member of your immediate family.
• Mechanical breakdown, accident, fire or theft en route of a private vehicle taking you to the booked event.
• Adverse weather conditions including floods, bushfires or cyclones where the Police or Government have issued travel warnings.

Alternatively, Grandstand and Park Pass tickets purchased via Ticketmaster can be sold via Ticketmaster Resale up until 24 hours prior to the event.

The Amex Presale will run from 12:00 pm Friday, 2 October AEST until 12:00 pm Sunday, 4 October AEDT through Ticketmaster and will be exclusive for fans to purchase using an Amex card.

Fans will be able to use any variation of American Express (Amex) card, from any country, to access the Presale through Ticketmaster. As long as you have a valid Amex card, you’re all set to make your purchase.

There is a six-ticket limit for the Amex Presale.

There will be another opportunity to secure tickets during the General Public Onsale which commences at 12:00 pm Tuesday, 6 October AEDT.

• Keep your screen active and don’t refresh. Your page will update automatically when you enter the queue. Don’t refresh the page yourself, close or leave the page. When it’s your turn, your spot will be held for 10 minutes.

During the sale:

• Save time by searching for the Best Available ticket. This filter will scan all sections and prices to provide you the best ticket option at that time, subject to availability.
• Avoid ticket cancellations by following the ticket limit.
• Keep an eye on the timer. Once it’s your turn you’ll have 10 minutes to complete your purchase.

The General Public Onsale will commence at 12:00 pm Tuesday, 6 October AEDT.

There is a ticket limit of 10 for the General Public Onsale.

For the General Public Onsale there will be the options of Amex, Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Afterpay, Google Pay and Apple Pay.

All children aged between 3-14 are required to purchase a junior ticket to the event. This is inclusive of Park Pass, Grandstand and Hospitality tickets. Infants aged 2 years and under will be permitted to enter for free with an Adult Patron holding a valid Ticket.

For 2027, all Grandstand seats can be viewed and purchased on a single map through Ticketmaster. You no longer need to join different queues to access different Grandstands. There will be separate queues for the different day types; 4-Day, 2-Day and single days, as well as separate queues for the accessible platforms.

There is accessible seating available in all categories of tickets, including Hospitality, Grandstands, and Park Pass. The Schumacher and Jones Grandstands, as well as the Turn 12 Reserved Accessible Platform, offer reserved accessible wheelchair seating. There is also unreserved accessible wheelchair platforms located at Turn 2, Turn 4 and Turn 12.

The Accessible Booking Form is now open for submissions. Please note that submitting a form does not guarantee a ticket. A Ticketmaster representative will be in touch if further information is required.

For Park Pass and Reserved Accessible Platform tickets (including with a Companion Card), these can be booked online HERE without needing to complete the Accessible Booking Form.

For Grandstand tickets with a Companion Card, you’ll need to either complete the Accessible Booking Form or call Ticketmaster to arrange your booking.

If you purchase a full-price ticket that was intended for a Companion Card holder, please contact Ticketmaster via the form or phone on the same day of purchase. A refund for the Companion ticket will be issued upon confirmation of valid Companion Card documentation.

Service animal relief areas are located at Gate 2 and Turn 12 outfield.

General Admission Ticket recommendation:

Park Pass. Includes access to the unreserved viewing platforms located at Turn 2-3 (access via Gate 2), Turn 4-5 (access via Gate 3) and Turn 12 (access via Gate 10), subject to availability.

Reserved Ticket recommendation:

• Turn 12 Reserved Accessible Platform
• Schumacher Grandstand Accessible Platform
• Jones Grandstand Accessible Platform

Yes, a sensory room is located at Gate 2 outfield.

There is also a quiet room located at Turn 12 outfield and another in Pit Stop Park.

No, a Joy Flight ticket is NOT an event ticket. A valid day specific ticket to the FORMULA 1 AUSTRALIAN GRAND PRIX 2027 is also required to gain access to the Joy Flights located within the grounds. E.g. a Saturday Joy Flight ticket requires a Saturday event ticket.

Pit Lane Walks are not available for purchase.

Merchandise (1 x cap and 1 x t-shirt) will be sent to the ticket holder as of Friday 15 January 2027. If a ticket is transferred or resold after this date, no additional merch will be sent. Ticket holder details will be shared with the Merch supplier as per the Australian Grand Prix Corporation Privacy Policy HERE.

All tickets are to be pre-purchased online via the Ticketmaster website HERE. There will be no tickets available to purchase at the gates.

Thursday is a great opportunity to explore different Grandstands, as select seats are unreserved. Grandstand ticket holders can choose any Grandstand, and General Admission ticket holders can try out the Grandstands. For 4-Day Grandstand ticket holders, Thursday offers General Admission seating, with reserved Grandstand seats from Friday to Sunday.

Please reach out to your point of contact directly. AGPC-Authorised Agents are required to provide you with a refund on the same basis as AGPC would provide a refund under the Attendance Conditions.

If you purchase through an unauthorised third-party company such as Viagogo or The Ticket Merchant, purchases are made at the customer’s own risk. We strongly recommend purchasing through an Authorised Agent. If you’re not sure, the official ticketing partner in Ticketmaster is a safe bet!

A Collector Ticket is a hard copy ticket that not only gets you into the event but also serves as a treasured keepsake to be kept well after the race is over.

Collector Tickets can be purchased through the normal purchase processes - be sure to select a “Collector Ticket” ticket type when choosing your tickets. Collector Tickets incur an additional $25 fee per ticket.

Collector Tickets can only be delivered to fans via mail and cannot be sent as Mobile tickets or collected from outlets or the venue. Collector Tickets are not available to those without a valid Australian address. You must provide an Australian postal address to receive Collector Tickets.

Collector Tickets should be delivered 4 weeks prior to the event. They’ll be delivered to the address listed at the time of purchase.

If you haven't received your Collector Ticket within one week prior to the event, please contact Ticketmaster Fan Support HERE. Include your event name, and Collector Tickets Not Arrived as the subject.

A Souvenir Ticket is the same design as a Collector Ticket, however, is sent after the event and does not provide access to the event or include a lanyard, instead you will receive a digital ticket for entry.

Souvenir Tickets can be purchased through the normal purchase processes - be sure to select a “Souvenir Ticket” ticket type when choosing your tickets. Souvenir Tickets incur an additional $25 fee per ticket.

Souvenir Tickets can only be delivered to fans via mail or collected from outlets or the venue. Souvenir Tickets are not available to those without a valid Australian address. You must provide an Australian postal address to receive Collector Tickets.

Patrons holding a concession Ticket must provide identification confirming concession status at the time of entry and carry that identification with them at all times during the Event. AGPC will accept the following cards as proof of concession only: Full Pensioner Concession Card or Full Time Student Card (including International), Health Care Card and Veterans Affairs Card.

Senior Cards are not accepted as a form of concession. If a Ticket has been acquired on a concession basis and the Patron is unable to show concession identification to the satisfaction of AGPC at any time during the Event, the Patron may be refused entry or directed to leave the Event by AGPC.

Both the Park Pass and Grandstand tickets will include public transport to and from the 2027 event. There will also be several event specific services across the public transport network to get you safely to and from the event.

To access your Mobile tickets, you will need to log into the mobile web browser to your Ticketmaster account and go to your ‘orders’ page to download the tickets. Alternatively, you can also do so through the Ticketmaster app. Please click HERE to find some helpful tips on how to gain access to your mobile tickets.

Park Pass and Grandstand tickets will be available to download from the time of purchase.

No. A mobile ticket must be provided either within the app, the mobile website or your phone’s wallet to gain entry. Additionally, you can’t forward tickets using a screenshot.

You can forward your ticket to a friend through your Ticketmaster account. Please note that doing so will cancel any tickets/barcodes in your account and allocate new barcodes to your friend. Helpful information on forwarding your ticket to a friend can be found HERE.

Alternatively, you can resell your Grandstand and/or Park Pass tickets through Ticketmaster. Reselling is only for Park Pass and Grandstand tickets; Hospitality tickets can't be resold.

If you are concerned about your phone battery on the day of the event, we suggest purchasing the Collector Ticket option.

Alternatively, if your phone does run out of battery on the day, not to worry. The Ticketmaster support team located outside select gates will be able to assist you on the day.

If you purchased your ticket directly through Ticketmaster, you can safely list your Grandstand, Park Pass or Joy Flight ticket for resale through Ticketmaster HERE.

Remember, the FORMULA 1 AUSTRALIAN GRAND PRIX 2027 is classified as a major event in Victoria, which makes it illegal to advertise tickets at a price, more than 10% of the face value of the ticket.
