Details
Car # 31
Engine: 2500cc Maserati
Driver: Andrew Canon

In the early 2000s, this historic sports racer was bought by well-known collector and telecommunications billionaire, Bruce McCaw, and raced mainly at the famous Laguna Seca track. In 2005 the car was sold to an historic touring car racer, who as a kid had always lusted after a Maserati sports racer and once purchased, happily and successfully raced all over America and Canada.

Recently imported into Australia and notably was the last race car that Sir Jack Brabham stepped into at Phillip Island for a hot lap with its current owner.

This is a truly classic rare sports racing car with amazing performance given its light weight and high-performance racing engine. It is the only one of its type in Australia and indeed rare worldwide.
