This Cooper was the fourth produced out of sixteen.
It first raced in May 1960 at Djurgarden, Helsinki, Finland and finished 1st.
It then raced at Monaco in the Formula Junior Grand Prix later that month finishing 5th behind Henry Taylor in his Cooper T52 (Jim Clark also raced his Lotus 18 in this event).
It is the only T52 in Australia and has raced almost continuously in Europe, New Zealand and Australia for 64 years.
