He’s not coming home alone though, bringing the powerhouse Team Penske along who have taken a controlling interest in Dick Johnson Racing and rebranded to DJR Team Penske.

Check them out on the track or in the paddock in Legends Lane, where you might even catch a glimpse of some of your favourite drivers reunited with their legendary machines.

The Shannons Historic Demonstration is back once again with 50 of the best vintage racing cars that showcase all the colour and history of motorsport. See the cars race around the circuit and when not on track, make sure you visit the cars on display in the Shannons Historic Demonstration Paddock.

The 2015 Shannons Historic Demonstration will be a special salute to the late Sir Jack Brabham and will encompass a concentration of some of the iconic Brabham cars mixed with some key vintage racing cars that he would have raced against in the era.

The Ultimate Speed Comparison in 2015 will see the Formula 1® Australian Grand Prix Swisse Two-seater alongside a V8 Supercar and Mercedes-Benz road car in a test of speed and driver skill. A fan and drivers favourite, with three very different cars all on the one circuit at the same time. To illustrate the speed differential between each car is a sight not to be missed with spectators on the edge of their seats. It’s guaranteed to be a tight run to the chequered flag each time.

Ferrari ParadeFerrari Parade Ferrari Parade

Ferrari is synonymous with Formula 1, being the oldest team in the Championship and having achieved 15 World Drivers’ Championship titles and 16 Constructors’ Championships, we celebrate the achievements as a cavalcade of approximately 50 cars conduct a parade lap around the Albert Park Circuit on the Saturday. When not on-track, the ‘Prancing Horse’ will be on display during the event near the Action Zone and this is one display not to miss.

Also, see the first public event display in Victoria of the LaFerrari at the 2015 Formula 1 Rolex Australian Grand Prix. The car will lead the Ferrari owners parade on Sunday at 11:40 and will be on display across the 4 days of the event Champions Gateway – infield behind the Pit Exit Suites.

For 2015 the Formula 1 Drivers will be parading the track on Sunday in style, riding in some old classic Bentley and Delage automobiles from the 1920’s.

These cars are on display for you to photograph in Legends Lane near Gate 1 and the Fangio Grandstand when these are not on track.
