The Australian Grand Prix Corporation partners with the Mushroom Group

An exciting line-up for the AusGP Sessions festival will be announced soon.

The Australian Grand Prix Corporation (AGPC) has partnered with iconic music powerhouse the Mushroom Group to deliver a showstopper music festival, as part of the Formula 1® Heineken® Australian Grand Prix 2022.

The partnership with the Mushroom Group has enabled AGPC to secure an exciting line-up for the AusGP Sessions festival, featuring an incredible array of emerging and chart-topping artists.

Located within the reimagined Melbourne Precinct, at the Albert Park Grand Prix Circuit, AusGP Sessions is the event’s flagship music showcase. The festival will feature a diverse range of musicians, with a different headline act taking centre stage each night, right across the four days – beginning Thursday, 7 April.

The Mushroom Group has worked tirelessly to support artists throughout the pandemic and now the Formula 1® Heineken® Australian Grand Prix 2022 will provide the perfect platform to celebrate the return of major events and live music.

The AusGP Sessions line-up is a closely guarded secret, but music lovers can expect a big announcement in the coming days.

AGPC's General Manager of Marketing & Experience Arthur Gillion wants fans to have an experience they'll never forget at this year's Grand Prix: "We want to be able to use music and sport to create a connection with our fans through an incredible experience that they’ll remember, and the Mushroom Group is a terrific partner to help us achieve that,” he said.
