Highlighting the diversity of Australia’s sporting passions.
Five new precincts at the Formula 1® Heineken® Australian Grand Prix 2022 will provide an abundance of entertainment for visitors, and as the family hub of the Albert Park Grand Prix Circuit, the Phillip Island precinct boasts an incredible array of activities for kids.
Highlighting the diversity of Australia’s sporting passions, the Phillip Island precinct will host activations from the Australian Football League (AFL), National Basketball League (NBL) and Melbourne City Football Club (Melbourne City FC).
Fans will be able to put their AFL skills to the test at the NAB Auskick activation, take on handball activities and game cubes, and be in the running for the exciting giveaways across all four event days.
Racegoers can challenge their reflexes at the Melbourne City FC obstacle course, while interactive games and special guests will have the NBL half-court bursting with entertainment.
With appearances from the Harlem Globetrotters and the NBL’s 3x3 Pro Hustlers, the half-court is the place to catch the biggest international and national basketball talent.
