Winning four races and taking a further three podiums from seven rounds, Doohan narrowly missed out on the F3® title to Dennis Hauger while leading Trident to Teams’ Championship success.

Doohan won’t start the season with no experience. He took part in the final two rounds of the 2021 season, where he achieved a top-five finish and second in Qualifying.

The 18-year-old is the son of legendary five-time 500cc World Champion Mick Doohan and joins the series after a successful season in the FIA Formula 3 Championship™️.

“I’m looking forward to continuing the team’s success and getting to work with the team in post-season testing this coming week!”
