Mallrat and Logic1000 join stacked Thursday line-up at Lakeside Festival

The addition of homegrown talent rounds out a massive opening day at Albert Park, featuring live music alongside the sport's biggest stars.
The line-up of the Lakeside Festival Presented by American Express has grown with more Australian talent, with Mallrat and Logic1000 joining the bill for Thursday of the FORMULA 1 QATAR AIRWAYS AUSTRALIAN GRAND PRIX 2026.
Kicking off the after-work festivities at 5:00 pm is Australian musician Mallrat. Having accumulated over half a billion streams and a number one ARIA charting album, she brings a wealth of local star power to the opening night. Closing out the evening will be Sydney-born, Berlin-based DJ and producer Logic1000, fresh from performing at world-renowned festivals like Glastonbury and Coachella.

“The line-up for Lakeside Festival Presented by American Express adds to an already massive Thursday schedule,” says Australian Grand Prix Corporation Chief Executive Officer, Travis Auld. “With the Fan Forum, the V10 F1® car, the Jack Brabham celebration, Supercars, and the Porsche Carrera Cup all included with a Park Pass, it’s incredible value for fans.”
The stage will also host some of the biggest names in Formula 1® on Thursday evening. Fans can look forward to appearances from the McLaren duo of Oscar Piastri and Lando Norris. Additionally, the newly debuted Cadillac team will make their Fan Forum debut with Sergio Perez and Valtteri Bottas taking to the stage to discuss the team's inaugural season.

The addition of Thursday’s acts completes a bumper festival line-up that includes international heavyweights Rita Ora, Duke Dumont, and Basement Jaxx. The Lakeside Festival and Fan Forum Stage are free to all ticketholders, with Thursday Park Passes available for just $45. Children 14 and under can attend for free with an adult ticketholder.
The FORMULA 1 QATAR AIRWAYS AUSTRALIAN GRAND PRIX 2026 kicks off at Albert Park on March 5.
