Mansell and Smith line-up at the FIA Formula 3® World Cup

Two Australian’s will feature in the FIA Formula 3® World Cup that is taking place at this weekend’s 70th Macau Grand Prix.

For those missing out on their FIA Formula 3® races, this weekend will see the majority of the F3® drivers hit the street again in Macau.

The World Cup last occurred in 2019, where Liam Lawson, Logan Sargeant and Yuki Tsunoda all competed.

Nine teams with drivers representing 20 countries are on the entry list, including Australian’s Christan Mansell and Tommy Smith, as well as New Zealand-born driver Marcus Armstrong.

Mansell will be driving for the ART Grand Prix team, which he tested for during the post-season test in Imola. He will line up with Grégoire Saucy and Nikola Tsolov.

TICKETS: Friday Grandstand tickets are available from $115. See Formula 1®, F2, and F3 practice sessions from the comfort of a reserved seat, but hurry because seats are selling fast!

Smith remains with Van Amersfoort Racing, racing alongside Noel León and Sophia Floersch.

After competing in the latest IndyCar series with Chip Ganassi Racing, Armstrong was announced to be competing for MP Motorsport.

The FIA Formula 3® World Cup main race occurs on Sunday, 19 November 2023, at 6:00 pm (AEDT).

You can watch the race on the FIA YouTube channel.
