Nine teams with drivers representing 20 countries are on the entry list, including Australian’s Christan Mansell and Tommy Smith, as well as New Zealand-born driver Marcus Armstrong.
Mansell will be driving for the ART Grand Prix team, which he tested for during the post-season test in Imola. He will line up with Grégoire Saucy and Nikola Tsolov.
Smith remains with Van Amersfoort Racing, racing alongside Noel León and Sophia Floersch.
After competing in the latest IndyCar series with Chip Ganassi Racing, Armstrong was announced to be competing for MP Motorsport.
The FIA Formula 3® World Cup main race occurs on Sunday, 19 November 2023, at 6:00 pm (AEDT).
You can watch the race on the FIA YouTube channel.
