For the first time in almost eight years, the USA will have a representative grace the Formula 1® grid, with Florida born driver, Logan Sargeant to make his F1® debut with Williams in 2023.

A Williams Academy graduate in 2022, Sargeant has a couple of years with the Formula 1® machinery on his fellow rookie drivers. 2022 not only saw Sargeant place fourth in the Formula 2® Championship but he was also granted the opportunity to drive the Williams at F1® practice sessions at multiple Grand Prix’s throughout the season, leading to the call up to the big league.
The 21-year-old also finished within the top 10 at back-to-back Formula 3® championships in 2019 and 2020. Teaming up with fellow rookie Oscar Piastri at Prema Racing in 2020, Sargeant rounded out his F3® season placing third and joining Piastri on the podium.
