How to Access Hospitality Suites
Your tickets will be scanned at one of the Gates to gain access to the circuit. You will then be given a day-specific wristband upon arrival at your Hospitality suite. Each day of the event has a different-coloured wristband; please ensure you are wearing the correct colour for that day. Please note that wristbands are strictly non-transferable between guests on the same day.
Your wristband only grants access to the allocation printed on it and the General Admission areas.
Hospitality Shuttle Service
This service is designed to assist hospitality guests to their suite. Guests are eligible to use the hop-on hop-off shuttle service, which runs throughout the day, commencing from gate opening times until the Hospitality facility closes. The shuttle bus will only pick up/drop off at designated stops and runs approximately every 15 to 20 minutes.
Access and Restrictions
To gain entry to the event, you must have your hospitality wristband for the appropriate day. You will not be able to enter the circuit or your suite without it. Wristbands must be worn constantly on your wrist and will only grant access to the suite printed on the wristband. Access to other Hospitality suites, Grandstands and other restricted areas will not be permitted. To allow ticket flexibility, separate hospitality wristbands are issued for each day of the event. These colour-coded wristbands are printed with your suite name and the day they are valid. Please be aware that wristbands are non-transferable on any one day.
Lost and Stolen Wristbands
As per the Corporate Hospitality Standard Terms and Conditions, Clause 7.2: Each Invitee must keep his or her Ticket safe and in good condition, as AGPC is not obliged to replace any Ticket under any circumstances, including but not limited to loss or theft – however, AGPC may, in its sole and absolute discretion, replace a Ticket which has been lost or stolen (and may charge a fee for that replacement).
We strongly advise that you choose a safe and secure method of forwarding tickets to your clients and guests (registered post or courier delivery) once they have been sent to you by AGPC. If you experience an issue with your wristband, please get in touch with the Hospitality Experiences team.
Melbourne Podium Club & American Express Lounge Ticketing
If you have purchased a ticket to the American Express Lounge or Melbourne Podium Club, your ticket(s) will be mailed to you or made available to collect at the circuit (Gate 1 Hospitality Entrance), depending on your selected option at checkout.
If you choose to have your ticket(s) mailed, we will contact you to confirm your mailing address closer to the event. If you choose to collect your ticket(s) from the circuit, we will contact you to advise when your ticket(s) will be available to collect.
Once you have received your ticket(s), you will be required to wear your day-specific lanyard, card, and wristband on event days to gain entry to the venue and your nominated suite.
