The 2023 FIA Formula 3® season isn't Christian Mansell's series debut – he got that last year with four outings for Charouz Racing System at Budapest and Spa – and the New South Wales teenager has a chance to continue the trajectory that has seen him win in international categories for the past three years.
A race-winner in British F4 in 2020 for the renowned Carlin outfit, Mansell stayed with Carlin to finish third overall in GB3 in 2021 before repeating that result in last year's Euroformula Open Championship, a season where he won three times and made headlines at Monza after an enormous rollover in the penultimate round.
"As a whole, my goal is to extract the most out of me in the car," he told fiaformula3.com ahead of 2023. "If I feel like I've gotten the best out of myself and the car then I will be very, very happy."
